About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position running from January to August 2027. You will need to take an academic term off to participate in this program.
What you'll do#
- Support the global standardization of project delivery practices by creating process flows in Visio and developing templates in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Design methods to reduce rework and variation using governed, reusable content.
- Ensure scalable delivery by using Python and C# scripting to automate the deployment of industrial switches and virtual machines.
- Assist with lab hardware setup, including PLCs, network switches, and the creation of virtual machines for data centers.
- Unify delivery guidance by organizing process flows, templates, and playbooks into a single execution model.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in a STEM field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Demonstrated experience using creative solutions to address challenges.

- This role is based on-site in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- This is a paid position.
