About the role#
The Strategic Communications team at Roche Canada Pharma develops and executes internal and external communication initiatives. This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to corporate reputation and patient outcomes by sharing impactful stories and driving organizational engagement.
What you'll do#
- Develop and manage content for web and social media channels.
- Create tailored messaging for internal and external audiences on priority topics.
- Explore and implement new platforms to improve employee engagement.
- Develop digital strategies, including dynamic presentations, websites, G-sites, and podcasts.
- Plan and facilitate social events to support employee engagement.
- Ensure efficient implementation of processes and compliance frameworks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Outstanding writing proficiency with a focus on clarity and creativity.
- Experience with news-style storytelling, social media, and digital storytelling.
- Familiarity with Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Technical skills in video production and editing are an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 start (6 to 12 month duration).
- Modality: Hybrid (majority of time in the office).
- Employment: Full-time (35 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid position with a salary range of 57,416.00 to 75,358.50 CAD.
