About the role#
Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking an intern for our office in St Simons Island, Georgia. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position with a rolling term. You will complete routine engineering work and provide support to our project teams.
What you'll do#
- Apply your academic knowledge to hands-on, entry-level engineering tasks.
- Help develop engineering plans and designs.
- Review project bids, quotes, and specifications to assist project managers and senior engineers.
- Conduct studies on equipment and materials.
- Handle other related engineering duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a BS or BA degree in Civil Engineering.
- Two years of experience in construction, land or site development, or municipal consulting is preferred.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD is preferred.
