About the role#
The HR Recruiting Intern will support the Human Resources department at our corporate office. This role focuses on operations recruiting and candidate engagement. You will gain hands-on experience by participating in the full recruiting process, from initial outreach to interview coordination. This position is available for the Fall 2026 semester.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiting efforts for operations positions across the organization.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and availability.
- Source candidates using job boards, recruiting platforms, and social media.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Document candidate information and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system or HRIS.
- Partner with the HR team to support staffing goals and provide administrative assistance.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
