About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will support the recruitment team in managing early talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives for Richemont.
What you'll do#
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment of interns across various sites in Switzerland, covering all business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefings, candidate selection, interviews, and offers.
- Analyze recurring hiring needs to anticipate recruitment cycles and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Represent the Group at career fairs and employer branding initiatives.
- Design and enhance the candidate experience for early talent.
What you'll need#
- Final year Bachelor or Master's student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must hold an active internship agreement (convention) with your school or university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data management and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or project management is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday, is a plus.
