Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role#

Richemont is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment efforts for our various sites in Switzerland. This position focuses on the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection. You will play a key role in supporting our early career strategy and representing the group at various professional events.

What you'll do#

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment of interns across various business functions and sites in Switzerland.
• Partner with hiring managers to define selection criteria, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process.
• Analyze hiring needs to anticipate recruitment cycles and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Represent the group at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Design and improve the candidate experience for early talent throughout the internship lifecycle.
• Participate in end-of-internship evaluations and follow-up processes.

What you'll need#

• Final year Bachelor or Master's student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must possess a valid internship agreement (convention) from your university.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel for data handling and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or project management is considered a strong asset.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Workday, is a plus.
