About the role#
Heritage Auctions is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate recruiting and provides insight into how teams are built within the collectibles auction industry. You will work directly with our recruiters to support hiring across various departments.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the full-cycle recruiting process.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and screen applicants for qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts, including job postings, campus outreach, and social media.
- Prepare onboarding materials and manage new hire documentation.
- Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system.
- Help plan and support recruiting events and career fairs.
- Research market trends and talent pipelines.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Open to current students and recent graduates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and comfort interacting with candidates.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn.
- Comfort using AI tools for recruiting and sourcing tasks.
- Ability to navigate shifting priorities and changing environments.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Dallas, Texas.
- The position is available on a rolling basis for a duration of up to 90 days.
