About the role#
The Sustainability Transformation Analyst Intern will support the Group Sustainability team in managing and enhancing the Richemont Non-Financial Reporting Framework. This role focuses on navigating the evolving regulatory landscape, ensuring alignment with international standards, and improving internal reporting processes.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the continuous improvement of the Richemont Non-Financial Reporting Framework to maintain alignment with GRI and other relevant standards.
- Support the ESRS gap assessment process and the formalization of subsequent improvement plans.
- Conduct critical reviews of GRI disclosures, regulatory requirements such as CSRD, and benchmark analyses.
- Update essential documentation including the GRI Index and Basis of Preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Collect and analyze non-financial information and perform data quality checks to ensure completeness.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting processes and digital tools.
What you'll need#
- Master degree in Sustainability, Economics, Sociology, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in corporate sustainability is preferred.
- Knowledge of GRI, CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in English is required, and a good knowledge of French is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
