About the role#
This HR Co-op position supports our team with daily record keeping and reporting. You will work on-site in Ft Erie, Ontario, to help maintain our internal HR functions.
What you'll do#
- Manage and update employee files while ensuring all records remain confidential.
- Enter data and prepare reports or metrics for the HR team.
- Organize meetings and help run employee engagement activities.
- Answer general questions from employees and connect them with the right team members.
- Assist with various HR projects as they arise.
What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled in a Human Resources program or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn.
