About the role#
This is a part-time, in-person internship based in our Florham Park, New Jersey office. You will work approximately 20 hours per week. This role is a hands-on opportunity to execute our social media strategy, manage our online presence, and support various graphic design and marketing initiatives. You will balance creativity with our brand standards while taking projects from initial concept to polished content.
What you'll do#
- Manage our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, and stories.
- Write captions and assist with developing creative concepts.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to maintain a positive online presence.
- Track basic analytics and provide insights on content performance.
- Design graphics and visual assets for social media and other company marketing requests.
- Maintain consistency with our visual identity, branding, fonts, and colors.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Intermediate graphic design skills with experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong interest in social media trends, digital marketing, and visual content creation.
- Ability to navigate LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the broader team.
- A portfolio or examples of previous design and social media work are encouraged.
