About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in marketing within the clean energy industry. You will work across several disciplines, including content creation, graphic design, website maintenance, and lead management. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position running from September to December 2026.
What you'll do#
- Master the WordPress CMS to update website pages and publish blog posts.
- Build newsletters and route leads using HubSpot.
- Audit web content and implement improvements using Yoast SEO.
- Create and edit marketing collateral, such as blog posts, ads, white papers, and infographics.
- Prepare for webinars and sales conferences, including managing content transcriptions.
- Track clean energy industry news and compile weekly summaries for the team.
- Coordinate internal marketing calendars and communicate campaign milestones to the commercial team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems like WordPress.
- Experience using Canva for content creation.
- Strong copy-editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
- Ability to gather and organize data for market research and trade show logistics.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Slides.
- A desire to learn marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
