About the role#
As a Data & Analytics Consultant Intern, you will join our team for a 10-week summer program. You will work alongside experienced consultants on real client projects, gaining hands-on exposure to our AI-native delivery methodology and modern data platform practices. You will contribute to meaningful work while collaborating with an intern cohort to solve business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects.
- Engage with stakeholders by asking questions, synthesizing feedback, and presenting findings.
- Identify, gather, and prepare data using structured, reproducible methods.
- Apply analytical and statistical techniques, including AI-assisted pattern discovery and hypothesis generation.
- Build data visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or spreadsheets.
- Document business requirements and translate insights into actionable plans and solution designs.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in testing activities by assisting with test scenarios and validating results.
- Use AI copilots and prompting techniques to accelerate research, documentation, and analysis.
- Use project and collaboration tools to stay organized and support team workflows.
- Communicate status, risks, and insights clearly with teammates and clients.
What you'll need#
- Rising Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, preferably graduating in Spring 2028.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY).
- Foundational knowledge of data structures, statistical concepts, and data modeling basics.
- Introductory experience with Python or R.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and experience working with spreadsheets.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT concepts, version control systems like Git, and project tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Deep intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools and methods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- You must live in the Indianapolis area during the summer of 2027.
- This position requires a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.
