About the role#
The Planted Residency is a two-year, full-time program at Christian Fellowship Church for individuals preparing for vocational ministry. This role focuses on bridging the gap between academic training and practical experience. You will work on-site to build the habits and resilience necessary for a long-term career in ministry.
What you'll do#
- Engage in hands-on ministry work.
- Receive high-level coaching and mentorship from seasoned leaders.
- Test and confirm your ministry calling through real-world experience.
- Build healthy ministry habits to support lifelong impact.
- Participate in a full-time, two-year training program.
What you'll need#
- Hands-on experience in ministry.
- Ability to build spiritual resilience.
- Competency in disciple-making.
- Willingness to receive mentorship.
- Commitment to lifelong ministry.
- Relevant academic background in Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, Communications, or Human Resources.
