About the role#
The Fairhaven 2-Year Fellowship is an intensive program for those called to pastoral ministry, church planting, or missions. You will work on-site in Dayton, Ohio, to develop leadership skills while preparing for a career in ministry. This is a full-time, paid position with a support target of $36,000 to $45,000 per year.
What you'll do#
- Commit 28 hours per week to hands-on ministry.
- Work alongside experienced mentors.
- Complete ordination requirements with the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
- Engage in community transformation.
- Develop your leadership skills.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree.
- A clear call to ministry.
- A commitment to pastoral ministry, church planting, or missions.
- The ability to pursue a master’s degree.
- Eligibility for employment in the United States.
- Relevant academic background in Philosophy, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology.
