About the role#
This internship is a rotational program designed to expose you to multiple sub-domains of product management and adjacent functions. You will gain hands-on experience by rotating through areas such as core product management, revenue strategy, and solutions engineering. This is a full-time, paid opportunity for the summer of 2027, intended to cultivate future members of the full-time product team.
What you'll do#
- Support the product management team on key initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research through development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Participate in customer visits and calls to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and QA to design viable products.
- Assist in driving product adoption and training by contributing to release notes.
- Explore and integrate AI capabilities to enhance features and optimize workflows.
- Conduct solution discovery and analyze user behavior to inform product improvements.
- Define product requirements, write user stories, and participate in sprint planning.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of 3.7 or above.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Strong blend of business and technical acumen.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly in AI and real-time data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.

- Location: Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Work Modality: On-site, five days per week.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Paid, full-time (40 hours per week).
