About the role#
Relay is seeking undergraduate students for a full-time, paid Product & Strategy Internship during the summer of 2027. This rotational experience offers exposure to core product management, revenue strategy, and solutions engineering. Interns will engage with the full product lifecycle, from initial research and ideation to development and post-launch analysis. This role is based at the company headquarters in Raleigh and requires an on-site presence.
What you'll do#
- Support the Product Management Team on key initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, research, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Participate in customer visits and calls to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA teams to design viable products and ensure timely feature delivery.
- Assist in driving product adoption and training by contributing to release notes.
- Explore and integrate AI capabilities to enhance product features and customer insights.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to inform product improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of 3.7 or above.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- A strong blend of business and technical acumen.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly in AI and real-time data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
