About the role#
Relay is seeking undergraduate students for a paid, school-year Product & Strategy Internship. This rotational program exposes interns to various product management sub-domains, including core product strategy, revenue strategy, and solutions engineering. Interns will gain hands-on experience in the product lifecycle, from initial research to post-launch analysis, while working at the Raleigh headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Support the Product Management Team on key initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research through development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Explore and integrate AI capabilities to enhance product features, derive customer insights, and optimize workflows.
- Participate in customer visits and calls to observe how the team identifies opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA teams to design viable products and ensure the timely delivery of features.
- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and documenting feedback from internal teams.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.7.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- Strong blend of business and technical acumen.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly regarding AI and real-time data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage meaningfully in discussions encompassing both technology and business strategy.
Location & details#
- Location: Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Modality: On-site (requires at least one day per week at the office).
- Schedule: Flexible, ranging from 8 to 20 hours per week.
- Status: Paid, full-time enrollment required.
