About the role#
Relay is seeking undergraduate students for a paid Product & Strategy internship. This role is a rotational experience designed to expose interns to multiple domains of product management, including core product strategy, revenue strategy, and solutions engineering. Interns will gain exposure to the product lifecycle, from defining frontline needs to tailoring AI solutions for enterprise customers.
What you'll do#
- Support the Product Management Team on key initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research through development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Explore and integrate AI capabilities to enhance product features, derive customer insights, and optimize workflows.
- Participate in customer visits and calls to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Review analytics to understand user behavior and inform product improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to design products and ensure the timely delivery of features.
- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and sprint planning.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.7.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- Strong blend of business and technical acumen.
- Ability to engage in discussions involving both technology and business strategy.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, specifically within AI and real-time data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
- The position is paid and full-time in nature, with a flexible schedule of 8 to 20 hours per week depending on class availability.
- Requires one day of on-site work per week at the Raleigh headquarters.
