About the role#
As a Mechanical Engineer Intern, you will participate in our Early Talent Program. This role provides hands-on experience through real-world engineering projects. You will work in a collaborative environment while receiving one-on-one guidance from industry leaders. The program includes workshops, training, and networking opportunities to support your professional growth.

- Participate in training sessions and professional development workshops.
- Engage with mentors to receive regular feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with team members on technical tasks and problem-solving.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student in an accredited program.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude with solid data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities and relevant project experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Exposure to manufacturing, product development, testing, quality engineering, or continuous improvement is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering tools for testing or data acquisition is a plus.
