About the role#
Rehlko is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Co-op for the Fall and Winter 2027 terms. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. You will receive one-on-one mentorship and participate in professional development workshops while contributing to engineering projects.
What you'll do#
- Work on real-world engineering projects.
- Collaborate with team members in an innovative environment.
- Apply technical skills to support product development, testing, or quality engineering.
What you'll need#
- You must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited degree program.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and project work.
- Effective communication skills.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected. Experience with engineering tools for testing and data acquisition is a plus.
- Prior exposure to manufacturing, product development, testing, quality engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
