About the role#
This co-op program offers students the chance to work on real-world engineering projects while receiving one-on-one mentorship. You will join our early talent program, which includes workshops and training to help build your professional skills. We prioritize a safe work environment and expect all team members to actively participate in our Zero Is Possible safety culture by following protocols and reporting hazards.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to active engineering projects.
- Participate in training sessions and early talent workshops.
- Engage with mentors to support your professional growth.
- Follow all safety protocols and proactively report potential hazards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student in an accredited program.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Strong technical aptitude, project experience, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Experience with CAD, testing, quality engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.

- Locations: Sheboygan, WI and Milwaukee, WI.
- Terms: Winter 2027 and Fall 2027.
