About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will work on-site to assist our team with compensation, benefits, and broader HR initiatives. This program provides hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

- Analyze data to generate insights for the team.

What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student in an accredited program.
- A major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to your work.
- Interest in Total Rewards and Human Resources.
