About the role#
Regal Rexnord is offering a full-time, 11-week paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. Based at our Milwaukee headquarters, this role focuses on strategic pricing, commercial analytics, and revenue management. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze commercial performance, improve agreement economics, and support the implementation of new price management tools. There is an opportunity to continue working part-time during the Fall semester.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate the commercial impact of historical agreement changes to understand customer price sensitivity.
- Analyze pricing agreements, rebates, and discount programs to find improvement opportunities.
- Support the improvement of price realization measurement and reporting.
- Assist with OEM agreement reviews and discount optimization initiatives.
- Build Excel-based models to support pricing and profitability decisions.
- Support the rollout of price management and optimization software.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates and project communications.
- Assist with various strategic pricing and revenue management projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, data cleaning, and charting.
- Ability to work with large, imperfect datasets, document your assumptions, and draw practical conclusions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working across functional teams and asking questions to understand business context.
- Experience with PowerPoint and Word.
- A self-starter mindset with attention to detail and a desire to learn.
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, R, ERP, CRM, or pricing software is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work Model: Hybrid, with at least 3 days per week onsite at our headquarters.
- Program Dates: June 2, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Compensation: $21 to $26 per hour.
- Travel: Limited travel (up to 10%) may be required.
- Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
