About the role#

This position is for the Summer 2027 Business Analyst Internship talent pipeline. Interns join the Launch Program for an 11-week period to work on high-impact projects. You will work alongside a team, manager, and mentor to tackle real business challenges and gain experience in a professional environment.

What you'll do#

• Join a team focused on areas such as SEO, Paid Media, Customer Experience, or Business Operations.
• Work on projects that directly influence business outcomes, including defining approaches and delivering recommendations for complex, ambiguous problems.
• Use data and analytics tools to uncover insights and drive smarter decisions.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, data, and innovative thinking in your work.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate status with an expected graduation date in Summer 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience working with data using tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
• Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies, with preference for hands-on experience.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate insights effectively.
