    About the role#

    We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team in Merrimack, New Hampshire. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling start date. You will work on-site as part of our engineering design and analysis group to develop custom automation solutions and industrial products.

    What you'll do#

    • Apply scientific theory to engineering design to create new products.
    • Build breadboards and refined prototypes.
    • Communicate design solutions clearly to address client challenges.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams including electrical engineers, optical engineers, and industrial designers.
    • Learn quickly to contribute solutions in new technical fields.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with 3D CAD software, specifically Solidworks.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, machining, sheet metal, and casting.
    • Experience designing biomedical products.
    • A broad technical background and a strong desire to learn.
