    About the role#

    As a Client Advisor Intern, you will work in a banking environment to support our branch operations. This is a full-time, paid position based in Burnaby. You will gain hands-on experience by assisting clients with daily transactions and learning how to provide advice that matches their financial needs.

    What you'll do#

    • Handle everyday banking transactions while maintaining service standards.
    • Talk with clients to understand their needs and identify ways to support their financial goals.
    • Use company tools and resources to provide tailored recommendations.
    • Work with branch partners and other advisors to share information and learn best practices.
    • Manage routine operational tasks and resolve issues within your scope.
    • Suggest ideas to improve advisor workflows and team processes.
    • Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support the broader team.

    What you'll need#

    • A background in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
    • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
    • Ability to adapt to new situations and a curious approach to learning.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and digital tools.
    • Comfort with client discovery and developing advice-based solutions.

    • Location: 7299 Kingsway, Burnaby, British Columbia.
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
    • Term: Rolling.
