About the role#
As a Customer Engineering intern, you will join a team of experts focused on the performance and maintenance of aircraft engines. You will work within an integrated product team to understand how design and maintenance decisions affect product safety, reliability, and durability. This role offers exposure to the relationship between the company and airframe manufacturers while providing opportunities to utilize support tools to assess product performance in the field.
What you'll do#
- Support customer engineering activities and the frontline team.
- Assist product performance owners with safety, reliability, durability, and maintenance services.
- Participate in investigations and root cause analysis for in-service events.
- Help ensure compliance with obligations to airframe OEMs, operators, and airworthiness authorities.
- Provide business forecasts and manage in-service product campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university for the duration of the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, including spoken and written proficiency.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to undergo a background check and obtain necessary authorizations for handling controlled goods.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Work Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position requiring presence from Monday to Friday.
