About the role#
This internship is part of the AI Center of Excellence team. You will support the implementation of Agile methodologies and drive change management strategies. You will work on AI projects to gain practical experience while contributing to the development of the center of expertise.
What you'll do#
- Support the delivery of proofs of concept and minimum viable products using data science and organizational change management skills.
- Act as a bridge between business units and analytics specialists to support business transformation.
- Support the change management team with process documentation and training plans.
- Measure and share insights with stakeholders and collect inputs to verify analytics results.
- Apply Agile frameworks while working with cross-functional teams to address business problems.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Project Management.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
