About the role#
This cooperative education position offers students hands-on experience in operations and manufacturing. You will work on interdisciplinary projects that support our production goals and business success. This is a six-month, paid, part-time experience starting in Fall 2026.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project management initiatives across operations and manufacturing.
- Contribute to process development and improvement activities.
- Support data analysis to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Provide production support by working with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in projects that contribute to operational excellence.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- Field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a cross-functional environment.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Fairport, New York.
- The term is for Fall 2026.
- This position is paid and part-time.
