About the role#

Rainmaker Technology Corporation is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join the engineering team in El Segundo, California. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for computer science students interested in building operational software and data platforms for weather modification. The role operates on a rolling basis.

What you'll do#

Build and improve data workflows for in-situ, remote, and drone telemetry data.
Support APIs, software packages, and operational tools.
Transform raw data into reliable internal products.

What you'll need#

Current enrollment in a Computer Science degree program.
Strong Python fundamentals.
Experience working with data, APIs, and SQL.
Interest in geospatial, atmospheric, or sensor data.
Strong debugging skills and the ability to work across different systems.
Ability to work autonomously and flexibly.

Location: El Segundo, California.
Work Modality: On-site.
Commitment: Full-time.
