About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in leadership and talent assessment, team effectiveness, and organizational design. You will work within the Organizational Effectiveness and Belonging Center of Excellence to support strategic initiatives and help drive organizational effectiveness. This role reports to the Director of Organizational Development Strategy and Services.
What you'll do#
- Support the administration, coordination, and reporting for leadership assessments and development tools.
- Assist with team effectiveness workshops by preparing materials, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights.
- Gather and summarize qualitative and quantitative data to support organizational diagnostics.
- Create research, documentation, and toolkits for organizational design initiatives.
- Update and manage Organizational Development SharePoint resources, including site organization and communication materials.
- Develop presentations, leadership reports, and internal communication assets.
- Conduct benchmarking research on organizational development trends and best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate degree program (Master’s or Doctoral) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and team dynamics.
- Experience supporting projects, research initiatives, or workshops.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong process orientation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with assessment tools, survey platforms, or data visualization tools is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Secaucus, New Jersey.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site at the Secaucus office at least 1 day per week.
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week during core business hours.
