About the role#
As a Software Development Intern, you will join a team of 4 to 15 developers and engineers. You will receive mentorship while working on programming assignments that support real business and manufacturing operations. This role provides practical experience in a collaborative environment where you can build your technical skills and learn how software solves complex business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Design, code, test, debug, and enhance software applications.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, analysts, and business partners to develop solutions.
- Participate in unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of custom-developed applications.
- Build an understanding of how technology supports business operations in areas like logistics, manufacturing, and client-facing solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
- Completion of at least two semesters of object-oriented programming coursework.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Ability to collaborate and contribute effectively in a team environment.
- Initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to take on challenging assignments.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

- This is an on-site position based in Sussex, Wisconsin.
- The internship is paid and full-time.
- We are hiring on a rolling basis.
