About the role#
Milwaukee Magazine is looking for editorial interns for the Winter 2027 term. This is a professional, part-time role that requires 15 to 20 hours of work per week. You will work in a hybrid capacity based out of West Allis, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Fact-check editorial content.
- Write articles for print editions and the website.
- Contribute to larger research projects.
- Participate in editorial brainstorming sessions to help shape future content.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Journalism, Communications, or English program.
- Ability to receive college course credit for this internship.
- Experience working in a journalistic environment, such as a student or professional publication.
- A strong commitment to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in AP Style.
