About the role#
Nebo Agency is looking for a Public Relations Intern to support our team in executing client programs. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Atlanta. We operate on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the public relations team on client programs.
- Write media materials like pitch letters, fact sheets, press releases, and media lists.
- Conduct media outreach and assist with event planning.
- Produce written content such as blog posts and articles.
- Prepare and submit award entries.
- Track, monitor, and report on earned media placements.
What you'll need#
- A degree in journalism, communications, or public relations.
- You are a recent college graduate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational habits.
- A positive and hard-working attitude.
- Familiarity with AP Style writing.
- Experience with social media marketing and tools like Keynote, Photoshop, or InDesign.
- Background in using PR tools such as Cision or Crimson Hexagon.
- Experience or certification in Google Analytics or Google AdWords.
