About the role#
As a Workforce Transformation intern, you will join our consulting practice to help clients navigate organizational change. You will work within integrated teams to rethink operating models, optimize HR functions, and enable sustainable workforce transformations. This role provides hands-on experience with client work and exposure to digital consulting tools throughout the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support client teams through all project phases, from initial strategy to final implementation.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify insights for client recommendations.
- Help create project deliverables, client presentations, and proposal materials.
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and community initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends to contribute to thought leadership and your professional growth.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the third year of a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Analytics, Human Resources, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong curiosity, self-motivation, and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including experience with presentation design.
- Familiarity or interest in design thinking, talent management, change management, or HR systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in French is required.
