About the role#
As a Workforce Transformation intern, you will work within an integrated team to help clients navigate disruption and build future-ready organizations. You will apply strategic thinking and digital tools to deliver solutions that rethink operating models, optimize HR functions, and enable workforce transformations. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional services environment where you will engage with firm leaders and participate in client sessions.
What you'll do#
- Support client teams through all project phases, from strategy to implementation.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify insights for client recommendations.
- Create project deliverables, client presentations, and proposal materials.
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and community initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends to contribute to thought leadership and your professional brand.
What you'll need#
- Enrolled in the third year of a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Analytics, Human Resources, Engineering, or Social Sciences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with presentation design.
- Knowledge or experience with technology, AI, and digital analytics tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and an interest in continuous learning.
