About the role#
This Co-op position offers an opportunity to develop consulting skills within a strategy and M&A team. You will work on projects focused on creating and capturing value during acquisitions and divestitures. This role is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support acquisition and divestiture value creation projects.
- Create and review financial models.
- Perform integrated due diligence and organizational design tasks.
- Apply data analytics and operational excellence techniques to solve client challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in post-secondary education, specifically in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Data and analytics literacy.
- AI fluency, including the ability to use effective prompting.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
