About the role#
This is a full-time, 4-month co-op position for Winter 2027 within the Strategy& Value Creation team. You will work on M&A projects, supporting clients through acquisitions and divestitures. This role is based in Montreal and operates on a hybrid model.
What you'll do#
- Develop consulting skills by working within a strategy and M&A team.
- Help create and capture value for clients during acquisitions and divestitures.
- Perform growth and turnaround strategies and integrated due diligence.
- Create and review financial models.
- Participate in national upskilling programs focused on data and technology.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Data and analytics literacy, including AI fluency and effective prompting.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and present findings.
