About the role#
As an Associate in the Risk Services practice, you will join an IT Audit team focused on assessing and strengthening technology controls. You will work alongside experienced professionals to evaluate IT environments, systems, and processes that support financial reporting and business operations. This is an 8-month full-time co-op position for the Fall 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Conduct audit work efficiently while meeting timelines and budgets.
- Maintain constant communication with the lead advisor during assignments.
- Document audit evidence clearly and validate its relevance and quality.
- Analyze how control deficiencies impact financial data and audit strategy.
- Identify business development opportunities to offer services to clients.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in post-secondary education while working toward Canadian CPA prerequisite courses.
- Proficiency in both English and French (oral and written).
- Motivation to learn about technologies, IT practices, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong skills in prioritization and problem-solving.
