About the role#
As a Management Consulting Intern in the Sector Operations - Health group, you will work with teams on projects designed to improve business operations. You will gain exposure to consulting practices by supporting efforts to increase efficiency, lower costs, and scale execution. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support operational consulting projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist in developing and implementing business transformation strategies.
- Use data analytics to provide insights for performance improvement and decision-making.
- Contribute to change management initiatives to help organizations transition through process changes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize supply chain and core business operations.
- Observe experienced consultants to learn industry practices and apply professional standards.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor's degree.
- Typically in the 3rd year of a 4-year program or the 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred cumulative and major GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Communications, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Engineering.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Note that this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
