    About the role#

    This internship provides hands-on exposure to the operations of a client services team within a wealth management environment. You will assist with administrative tasks and client service activities while learning how the team helps clients manage their financial goals. You will work closely with experienced team members who provide training and direction throughout the program.

    What you'll do#

    • Support client onboarding and account maintenance tasks, including organizing documents and updating records.
    • Maintain accurate information within internal systems.
    • Prepare reports, meeting materials, and correspondence.
    • Assist with research, data gathering, and workflow tracking projects.
    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and shadowing opportunities.
    • Ask questions, seek guidance, and maintain client confidentiality.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics, with an expected graduation date by 2028.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and professional conduct.
    • A clear interest in client service, wealth management, or financial planning.
    • A curious, collaborative mindset with a desire to learn.
    • Ability to submit a resume, a brief cover letter, and unofficial transcripts.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: This is an on-site, in-person position.
    • Schedule: 32 hours per week for 8 weeks.
    • Compensation: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
