About the role#
As a Summer Intern in the Delivering Deal Value practice, you will join a team focused on M&A projects. You will gain hands-on experience by helping clients create and capture value throughout acquisitions and divestitures. This role is designed to build your consulting skills while you work alongside leaders on complex business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects including due diligence, organisation design, and change management.
- Help clients integrate or separate businesses across various functions.
- Use AI-powered audit tools to analyze data and synthesize information into actionable insights.
- Develop capabilities in data, technology, and business acumen.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to solve problems and deliver quality for clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in post-secondary education, with a preference for students entering their third year.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Data and analytics literacy, including AI fluency and effective prompting.
- Excellente maîtrise du français exigée.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
