About the role#
As a Summer Intern in our Deals practice, you will join a team focused on creating and capturing value during acquisitions and divestitures. You will work on projects that help clients grow and operate more effectively. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional services environment where you will develop consulting, project management, and business acumen skills.
What you'll do#
- Participate in fully integrated due diligence projects.
- Assist with organisation design, change management, and culture projects.
- Contribute to operational excellence and synergy analysis.
- Help clients integrate and separate businesses across various functions.
- Use AI-powered audit tools to deliver insights to clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary education program, with a preference for students entering their third year.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Data and analytics literacy.
- AI fluency, including the ability to use effective prompting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
