About the role#
As a Co-op in the Delivering Deal Value team, you will join a professional services environment focused on mergers and acquisitions. This role is designed for students seeking to build consulting skills while working on acquisition and divestiture projects. You will be part of a team that solves complex business problems to create tangible value for clients.
What you'll do#
- Conduct fully integrated due diligence, organization design, and change management.
- Solve complex problems to generate value for clients through M&A activities.
- Gain hands-on experience using AI-powered audit tools.
- Participate in a national upskilling program focused on data, technology, and business acumen.
- Develop core consulting skills across areas such as HR, IT, Finance, and operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, specifically in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Data and analytics literacy with AI fluency.
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people.
- Legal entitlement to work for PwC in Canada for the duration of the contract.
