About the role#
As a Cyber as a Service Summer Intern, you will work within our Consulting practice to help clients protect their digital assets. You will join a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role provides hands-on experience with cybersecurity operations and exposure to digital consulting tools.
What you'll do#
- Learn cybersecurity concepts including detection, response, and attack patterns.
- Assist with security monitoring, detection, and client care.
- Investigate, assess, report, and mitigate cyber security incidents.
- Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in post-secondary education in Technology.
- Ability to code in Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people.
Location & details#
- Role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
- This is an on-site, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- Candidates must be legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada.
