About the role#
As a Business Development Intern, you will support revenue growth and scale go-to-market operations. You will work with the growth team on market research, lead qualification, and AI-driven automation. This role provides direct exposure to how a tech startup expands its market presence.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research to identify target accounts and opportunities in property management.
- Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries to ensure efficient routing.
- Build and maintain AI-driven workflows using Claude and other automation tools.
- Design custom AI prompts and tool integrations to assist with research and content creation.
- Assist in evaluating strategic industry partnerships, trade shows, and networking events.
- Maintain account data and pipeline tracking in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Strong interest or prior experience in business development.
- Practical experience with Claude and AI platforms.
- Clear, articulate communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks and organization.

- Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September to December).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
