    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid co-op position starting in January 2027 at our manufacturing site in Belleville, Ontario. You will work on-site at our facility, which produces brands like Always. This role is open for 4, 8, or 12-month terms. You will be matched with a role in operations, process, or engineering based on your background and our business needs.

    What you'll do#

    • Deliver engineering and manufacturing projects, including process control, systems improvements, and quality initiatives.
    • Complete corporate and functional onboarding to support your training.
    • Participate in affinity groups for mentorship and networking.
    • Provide honest feedback on your performance and share insights with your team.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in full-time university studies.
    • Completion of at least 3 years in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • A hands-on approach to problem-solving and executing solutions.
    • Technical curiosity and critical thinking skills.
    • Natural leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
    • Interest in working with machinery and equipment, with a mix of time spent on the floor and in an office setting.

    • Term: Winter 2027 start.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
