About the role#
This is a 12-month internship program for individuals interested in Food and Beverage or Culinary operations. You will work in a luxury hospitality environment, gaining hands-on experience in frontline roles and learning from executive teams. The program is designed to develop future leaders through mentorship, training, and direct exposure to service standards.
What you'll do#
- Complete a 12-month placement in Food and Beverage or Culinary departments.
- Participate in rotational job shadowing across different outlets or disciplines.
- Work in frontline roles to learn luxury service standards.
- Complete a capstone project to present to the property leadership team.
- Utilize on-the-job training and an extensive learning library.
- Receive regular coaching and mentorship from industry leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Hospitality, Culinary, or related program.
- Eligibility for a J-1 Visa through an approved sponsor.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs while performing repetitive tasks.
