About the role#
The Culinary Intern will join the team at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position. You will work in a professional environment focused on hospitality and 5-Diamond certified service.
What you'll do#
- Provide service and hospitality to guests and members.
- Participate in a culinary rotation to gain experience across different kitchen operations.
What you'll need#
- You must be a recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in hospitality.
- Previous experience in luxury club food and beverage management is preferred.
- You must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
