About the role#
We are looking for a Culinary Intern to join our team at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in a 5-Diamond certified environment. You will work on-site in a full-time capacity on a rolling term basis.
What you'll do#
- Provide service and hospitality to our guests and members.
- Participate in culinary rotations across our food and beverage operations.
What you'll need#
- You must be a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a hospitality degree program.
- Previous experience in luxury club food and beverage management is preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
