About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site at the Omni William Penn Hotel, rotating through various food and beverage outlets and banquet events. This position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through different entry-level service positions across the property.
- Anticipate and attend to guest needs.
- Participate in Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability in your daily tasks.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
What you'll need#
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills, with previous experience in a service role preferred.
- A willingness to learn and take on different projects.
- The ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods.
