About the role#
Plastic Ingenuity offers hands-on co-op opportunities for students to gain experience in their field of study. This position runs from December 2026 through August 2027, covering the Winter, Spring, and Summer terms. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in Cross Plains, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
You will participate in mini-rotations across various functional areas to gain broad exposure to the business. After these rotations, you will focus on project-based work within a home department. Specific tasks include programming AGVs and other automated equipment. Your hiring manager will define your specific duties to align with your interests and provide meaningful work outputs.

- Completion of at least two years of coursework in engineering, engineering technology, or manufacturing technology.
