About the role#
As a National Tax Office & Transactional Specialist Intern, you will work alongside our staff to support client engagements. This role focuses on tax research, transactional analysis, and technical writing. You will gain exposure to both tax and consulting service lines while working on real projects for our clients.
What you'll do#
- Research complex tax issues and draft technical memorandums.
- Evaluate tax implications related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Assist with international tax structuring and operational tasks.
- Prepare tax returns and contribute to engagement teams.
- Support National Tax Office functions, including writing tax alerts and assisting with internal tax education.
- Handle specific tax aspects of various transactions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance.
- Must be pursuing a LLM, JD, or CPA license.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong interest in tax law, evidenced by completed or planned coursework.
- Detail-oriented approach with problem-solving and analytical skills.
